Hello my name is Amber Buck. I own a food trailor and we go by the name of the Chew Chew Caboo. My mother in law is the previous owner and she was a vendor at the Prattsburgh festival in 2013. Hoping there is a need for a vendor for 2016 Festival We are equipped for fried foods french fries, chicken tenders, mozzerella sticks,onion rings ect. We also do burgers dogs and sausage. We do meal combos that are a huge hit and priced friendly. Also open to a dessert option. Strawberry shortcake has been a hit in our past. If there is any other events where a vendor is needed we are very interested in details. Thanks. Hope to here from you soon
