Vendor spaces must be paid for in advance in order to guarantee a spot.

Decorate your booth in a patriotic theme for our nation’s 250th Birthday.

Set Up: Vendors can set up booths starting at noon on Friday, August 21st or after 7:00am on Saturday, August 22nd. Booths need to be set up by 9:00am. Parking is available around the park at the set times for unloading. Please do not drive into the park unless given permission. Please do not park around the park during the festival hours, as these spaces are used for YOUR customers.There is parking in the town hall lot or behind the stores. Please be respectful of private property.

Booth Space: All booth spaces are on grass and will be approx. 12’by12′. Double spaces are available. The earlier you register, the better your space. We ask all vendors to also donate an item for our raffle. Make sure tents are tied down securely. Vendors are responsible for their own property and are expected to carry their own insurance, licenses, NYS Tax, etc. Please take care of your own garbage. Let’s make this a great festiva
